Výběr z bankomatu GE Money, Běžný účet

Hello, I tried to take 10 000 czk cash from the cash machine GE Money Bank in front of the pharmacy on the Opletalova str, Praha 1. I asked for 10 000 czk and the machine just gave me 1000 czk. I did it at 1.15pm 19/07/14. Can you please let me know if i asked for 1000 or if it's a problem with your cash machine because i didn't asked for a ticket.
