IBAN is international format of bank account number used for international payments, detailed explanation here. "0800" is czech bank code for one of our domestic bank called Česká spořitelna (list of all czech bank codes is here). Following 6 digits are for optional bank account number prefix (if there is no prefix, please keep there zeros) and the last 10 digits are for bank account number.
