Obnova certifikátu, Banka

Hello please help. We live in England. We have a smart card. We must renew our certificate by 25th August. The Internet says we must collect our new smart card from our house in Pelechov, but we are not there, we are in the UK. We have our old smart card. It has no expiry date. Can we renew our certificate with the old smart card please? Thank you, Lisa Barbara Powley
